Zight AI: Record a Video, Let AI Do the Rest

We're thrilled to introduce the Zight AI Add-on, an amazing enhancement set to change your video sharing experience. Imagine a tool that makes you work and communicate faster and elevates your content with advanced AI-driven features, making you look more pro without any effort.

We released a few video features and will expand them over time.

What Zight AI Enables You to Do

• Searchable Video Content: AI indexes your video content, making it searchable by keywords and phrases.

• Smart Chapters: Create chapters and summaries to make video insights easy to locate

How to customize Zight AI:

1. Head to your Zight Settings

2. Go to your Zight AI Panel
On the left side, find and click on the panel labeled "Zight AI."

3. Enable or Disable Features any feature you like
For each section (Title, Summaries, Chapters), choose to enable or disable by clicking on the respective option.

4. Update your Preferences
   -Once you've made your selections, click on "Update AI Preferences" to save your changes.

   -Please note that these settings will apply to any future videos you create and do not work retroactively on existing videos.

   -Your customized Zight AI settings are now ready to enhance your workflow automation for future video projects!

Plans Which Have Access to the Add-on:

• Pro and Team Plan Users: You can purchase and use the AI add-on directly from our web page 
• Enterprise Plan Users: Contact your sales representative to get access.
• Free Users: You will see the option grayed out with a “Subscription required” note. You need to first purchase a plan to unlock the Zight  AI add-on. Visit https://share.zight.com/account/plans
• Trial Users: While in trial, Zight AI is offered at no cost

Where You Can Go to Opt-In and How to Opt-Out of the Feature:

Opting In:

1. Visit the plans page from your logged-in account.
2. Locate the section about the AI add-on.
3. Click on the “Learn More” button to be redirected to the Zight AI marketing pages.
4. If you are logged in and on an eligible plan, click “Add to Account”.
5. A notification will confirm: “Request sent. You will get access in the next 24 hours.” We are working on making this instantly available.

Opting Out:

1. If you have the AI add-on enabled, you will see a “Remove” button.
2. Click “Remove” to trigger a confirmation dialog: “Are you sure? The change will apply on your next billing cycle.”
3. Confirm your choice to complete the opt-out process.

Frequently Asked Questions:

• Which languages do we support?
  • Transcriptions are supported in multiple languages. While it doesn’t translate videos yet, it understands the language and writes titles and summaries in that language.
• How does billing work?
  • The AI add-on is billed at $5/user/month or $48/user/year for annual subscriptions. Charges are added to your existing subscription.
• Is it secure?
  • Yes, all data processed by the AI add-on is handled securely in compliance with industry standards.
• Do you use my data to train your model?
  • No, your data is not used to train or improve our AI model. 
• How long does it take to get access after opting in?
  • You will get access within 24 hours after opting in.
• What happens if I opt out?
  • The AI add-on will be disabled at the end of your current billing month.
• Can I use the AI add-on on a trial account?
  • The AI add-on is offered for trial accounts. You need to upgrade to a Pro or Team plan to keep the feature on after your trial expires.
• How do I contact support for issues with the AI add-on?
  • You can contact the Zight support team via the widget on this support page, for any issues or questions regarding the AI add-on.
