How to Create Smart Actions from Your Videos

  1. Step 1: Record Your Video
    1. Create a video that demonstrates a process or explains a topic.
    2. Ensure the video is clear and concise for accurate content generation.
  2. Step 2: Access Smart Actions
    1. After recording, navigate to the Smart Actions section in your Zight dashboard.
    2. Click the “Smart Actions” button to begin.
  3. Step 3: Review Suggested Actions
    1. Zight AI will analyze your video and present suggested actions, such as:
    2. SOPs
      1. Step-by-Step Guides
      2. Checklists
      3. Best Practice Documents
  4. Step 4: Select a Document Type
    1. Choose the type of document you need:
    2. For SOPs, click “Generate SOP.”
    3. For guides, click “Step-by-Step Guide.”
    4. For bug reports, click “Bug Report.”
    5. The document will be auto-generated using AI.
  5. Step 5: Use or Copy the Content
    1. Select how you’d like to use the content:
    2. Apply Directly: Use the “Apply as Description” button to attach the content immediately.
    3. Copy for Further Use: Click “Copy” to copy the generated content to your clipboard.
  6. Step 6: Export to Your Preferred Platform
    1. Paste the content into your preferred documentation tool, such as Google Docs, Confluence, or your project management platform.

You can purchase and enable Smart Actions directly from the Zight website.

Enterprise Plan Users

Contact your sales representative for unlimited access.

Free Users

The Smart Actions feature will appear grayed out with a “Subscription required” note. Upgrade to a Pro or Team plan to access the feature.

Trial Users

Trial accounts come with full access to Smart Actions. Upgrade to retain access after the trial ends.

 

Opt-In and Opt-Out Instructions

Opting In:

1. Go to the Plans page from your Zight account.

2. Locate the Smart Actions section.

3. Click “Learn More” to access detailed information.

4. If eligible, click “Add to Account.”

5. A confirmation will notify you: “Request sent. You will get access in the next 24 hours.”

Opting Out:

1. Navigate to the Smart Actions section.

2. Click “Remove” to disable the feature.

3. Confirm the opt-out in the dialog box: “Are you sure? This change will apply on your next billing cycle.”
