Learn how to quickly set up the Zendesk integration to create Help Center articles directly from your videos. This guide walks you through connecting your Zendesk account, selecting your video, and exporting it as a new article — all in just a few clicks.

 

 

  1. Open the Created Video
    Begin by opening the video that you’ve just created, similar to the one in the demonstration.

  2. Click on Integrations
    Navigate down the interface and click on the ‘Integrations’ option to proceed.

  3. Log Into Zendesk
    Click the option to log into Zendesk, ensuring you are authenticated for further actions.

  4. Return to Video Item
    Once logged in, navigate back to the video item you are working with.

  5. Locate the Export Option
    Scroll down to find the ‘Export’ option within the interface.

  6. Choose Content Destination
    Decide where you would like the content to be exported.

  7. Create Zendesk Article
    Click on ‘Create Zendesk Article’ to initiate the article creation within Zendesk.
