What should I do if I paid for a Pro subscription but didn’t receive the updated features to my account?

Don’t worry, it sometimes takes a while for payments to process. However, if you do not have access to Pro features an hour after subscribing, please sign out of the desktop/web apps, and sign back in.

If that doesn't work, please click the big question mark in the bottom right of your screen.

If you have bought your subscription via App Store, then try to restore the purchase in the Mac app (go to Preferences > Upgrade).
