For Windows users, you’ll need to enable permissions through your Windows settings. You can do this by following these steps:

• Open your Windows privacy settings by typing ‘privacy’ into the search bar. From here, you’ll be able to see the ‘camera’ and ‘microphone’ tabs

To enable camera access:

• Select the ‘camera’ tab in your privacy settings as shown above. Make sure you allow desktop apps to access your camera and that Zight is listed in the applications below.
