How do I verify my Zight account?

You create an account and try to sign in… only to receive an alert that your account has not yet been confirmed. We can help!

All Zight accounts must be verified in order to be used. Once you set up your account, you will be asked to verify your account via email. You’ll want to look out for an email that looks like this:

Click the ‘Verify My Email’ button which will take you to your web dashboard and you're good to go!


Not receiving an activation email?

First, make sure to check your spam folder for the confirmation email as your inbox may not yet recognize emails from Zight. Also, check that you are using the same email address as the one you used to sign up for Zight. You can also look for potential typos in the email address that could prevent you from receiving the verification email.
