Annotate on Mac
In fullscreen mode, find the annotation icon in your menu bar, next to the pause button. In screen selection mode, it appears in the bottom action bar.

In fullscreen mode, the annotation icon is located next to the stop recording button. In screen selection mode, the icon is similarly positioned, allowing you to toggle the annotation feature on and off.
