How do I manage app/email notifications

When you sign up for Zight, you will begin receiving emails and in-app notifications designed to help you get the most out of its features.

To control what kind of notifications and emails you receive from us, you can follow these steps:

Use the Web:

  1. Visit share.zight.com/dashboard
  2. Click “Settings” in the drop-down menu
  3. Click “Notifications” in the left side menu bar
  4. Check/Uncheck the type of communications you wish to receive
  5. Click “Submit”

Or Use the App:

  1. First, click the Zight icon 
  2. Then click the ‘Gear’ icon
  3. Select ‘Preferences’ (Select ‘Settings’ for Windows Users)
  4. In the ‘General’ tab you will see these settings: 

On Mac:

Congratulations! Your email and notification subscription preferences will now be saved. Please allow our system a few hours to process and update our email system on the changes. 

Note: we advise you to leave the ‘Important Error Alerts’ box checked.
