Discover how your Zight plan affects the length and quality of your recordings. Whether you're using Zight for creating videos or GIFs, understanding these details ensures you get the most from your subscription. Visit our pricing page for more details.

Steps

  1. Check Your Recording Length

    Identify your recording length based on your plan. Share accounts allow up to 5 minutes per video and 15 seconds per GIF, while Create, Collaborate, and Scale accounts have unlimited video length and up to 1-minute GIFs.

  2. Determine Video Quality Options

    Your subscription level determines video quality. Share users can record up to 720p, while paid accounts can choose between 720p, 1080p, and 4k. Note that Chrome users are limited to 720p.

  3. Adjust Recording Quality

    Change your recording quality in the app settings. Navigate to Settings and choose your preferred quality.
