How to Update Shared Content Links in Zight

Overview

Zight allows you to easily update the content of your shared links without needing to resend or recreate them. This feature is perfect for users who need to make quick adjustments to screenshots, GIFs, or videos after they've been shared. It's a time-saving solution that ensures your links always point to the most current content.

Steps

1. Access the Drop Menu

   Locate the link you wish to update. Right-click on the link and select **Drop Menu** from the options.

2. Choose Overwrite File

   In the **Item Menu**, select the **Overwrite File** option. This allows you to replace the existing content with a new file.

   

3. Upload New Content

   Choose the new file you wish to upload. Ensure it's the correct version before proceeding.

4. Verify the Update

   After uploading, check the link to ensure the new content is displaying correctly. Your link will now point to the updated content.
