What should I do if I paid for a Zight subscription but don’t see paid features?

Overview

If you paid for a Zight plan but do not see the expected paid features, your payment or plan update may still be processing.

This can apply to Create, Collaborate, Scale, or legacy plans during the pricing transition.

Try these steps first

  1. Wait up to one hour for the payment and plan update to finish processing.
  2. Sign out of the Zight desktop app and web app.
  3. Sign back in and check your plan page.

If you purchased through the App Store

If you bought your subscription through the App Store, restore the purchase in the Mac app by going to PreferencesUpgrade.

Still not seeing paid features?

Click the question mark in the bottom-right corner of Zight to contact Support. Include the email address on your Zight account and the plan you purchased.
