Managing Your Share Plan Storage Limit

Overview

With Zight’s free Share plan, you can create items, but access is limited to your most recent 25 videos, screenshots, GIFs, or files. Older items are not deleted; they are hidden until you upgrade to a paid plan.

Upgrading to Create, Collaborate, or Scale unlocks access to all stored items.

Steps

1. Check your current items. Log in to Zight and go to My Items. On the Share plan, only your last 25 items are visible.
2. Upgrade your plan. Go to Account Settings → Subscription, then click Upgrade Plan to view available options.

Tips and best practices

• Regularly review and delete items you no longer need.
• Organize items by date or category so your newest items are easy to find.
• Upgrade if you frequently need access to more than your latest 25 items.

Troubleshooting

• I can’t find older items. You may be on the Share plan and viewing only your latest 25 items. Upgrade to a paid plan to access more.
• I’m having trouble upgrading. Refresh the page and try again, or contact Support if the issue continues.
